We'll review your background to determine if you are a good fit for our O-1 visa service. At this stage, our team will analyze your professional history, education, and experience.
Scheduled within 2 business days
After confirming that you meet the criteria for our O-1 visa service, we will schedule a free, 30-minute call to better understand your profile. During this call, we will discuss important aspects of your case, how to strengthen your profile and address any questions you may have.
1–3 days to review agreements before signing
If you are a good fit for our O-1 visa offering, you will need to complete our agreement by e-signature and make the initial payment. You will engage the independent attorney of your choice through a separate agreement in the first month. Our fee must be paid upfront and encompasses the following services: O-1 visa agent/business manager sponsorship, CV review services, document collection, PR agency sourcing and vetting for beneficiary's publications, high-achievement association matching for beneficiaries, and match with vetted O-1 attorneys.
Scheduled within 2-3 business days
The initial phase of your immigration journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding call with our team. During this call, we will provide a detailed walkthrough of the entire process, ensuring you have a clear understanding of each step involved. Our priority is to simplify the process and guide you seamlessly through each phase, ensuring your application is complete and well-prepared.
7–14 days to meet with, choose attorney and engage services
Our team will collaborate with you to choose the attorney that best matches your specific needs and preferences. During the call, you, our client manager, and the independent attorney will review the strategy to create a winning case!
Ultimately, the independent attorney you choose to work with is your decision. The attorney will then send you a separate agreement for their representation. Within 48 hours, the client manager will send you a welcome kit with customized next steps and a timeline for your case.
1-3 months
If deemed necessary, we recommend esteemed organizations that reflect the beneficiary's professional prowess and accomplishments to join. Additionally, we extend our support by meticulously sourcing and vetting public relations agencies capable of effectively promoting both published material about the beneficiary and published articles authored by the beneficiary.
5-7 weeks
We offer extensive support in collecting and scrutinizing all essential documentation for your petition, ensuring a comprehensive and meticulously prepared application process.
Simultaneously, our team will support your chosen immigration attorney in preparing an array of documents, including but not limited to Form I-129, your petition letter, letters of recommendation, and any supporting evidence to strengthen your case.
3-5 weeks to complete
VF USA LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa Franchise specializing in business management services, will serve as your representative for petition sponsorship. Additionally, we will collaborate closely with your immigration attorney to ensure the meticulous development of your U.S. work/consulting plan. With our expertise and dedication, we aim to streamline the immigration process and support your transition to the United States with confidence and clarity.
Simultaneously, our team will support your chosen immigration attorney in preparing an array of documents, including but not limited to Form I-129 and any documentation demonstrating your extraordinary abilities, among others. After ensuring that all documents are meticulously organized, it will be time to proceed with filing the petition.
2–24 weeks to receive the final decision on the petition
Depending on your case, your petition might be approved in about 6 months. If you decide to file for premium processing ($2,805 fee), USCIS is required to provide a decision within 15 days; however, your chances of receiving an RFE increase. An RFE is not to be confused with a denial or rejection. You will be given a timeframe within which the requested information must be provided.
3-8 weeks to schedule consulate interview
Once the petition is approved, the next step is to prepare for consular processing. This involves gathering all required documentation in preparation for the consular interview, including the visa application, passport, application forms, supporting documents such as proof of sponsorship, financial statements, and any other relevant materials specified by the consulate.
During consular processing, you will attend an interview at the consulate, where the visa officer will review the documentation and determine your eligibility for the visa.
Congratulations! Your O-1 visa has been approved.
This marks the exciting beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, and we are truly happy for you.
