Visas
We’ll help you from A to Z to obtain the EB-5 visa. Whether you are seeking a passive investment in a real estate project (regional center) or looking to run your own business (like a franchise), we are here for you.
Let’s work together to develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates your EB-5 investment (minimum $800,000) is both legitimate and fully documented. Based on your nationality and the source of your funds—whether from business earnings, property sales, or other means—we’ll engage a specialist (accountant or attorney) to ensure proper documentation. If we’re unable to verify the lawful sourcing of funds, your EB-5 visa cannot be granted. This step is crucial.
At the same time, we’ll help you decide whether a direct EB-5 investment or a regional center investment best aligns with your objectives. If you choose a franchise or your own independent business, we’ll create a comprehensive business plan to meet EB-5 requirements.
For a regional center investment, we’ll involve a licensed broker-dealer who specializes in sourcing and conducting due diligence on EB-5 projects. For franchise investments, we offer access to 100+ businesses across various industries (e.g., education, restaurants), each capable of creating the 10+ full-time jobs required for EB-5 eligibility.
$800,000 for a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) investment, or $1,050,000 for investments outside a TEA

I first discovered the EB-5 visa in 2014, marking the start of my journey in the immigration field. I joined a private equity group as its first employee, working alongside the two co-founders. Since then, the firm has raised $350 million in capital from over 1,000 EB-5 visa investors. I held the initial meeting with our first investor and collaborated closely with the co-founders on our first project. Over the past decade, I’ve built relationships with the key players in the EB-5 industry, leveraging these connections and insights to best serve our clients at Visa Franchise.

It is important to note that, in order to become a Visa Franchise client, you must have an intermediate level of proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
While we strive to accommodate all client needs, opportunities for full-time work are limited for non-intermediate English speakers due to franchisor requirements for conducting processes in English.
Due to U.S. franchise regulations, Visa Franchise discloses limited financial information during the introductory phase. The focus is on providing an overview, and detailed financials are available from franchisors or existing franchisees.
Investors must enlist the services of an immigration attorney (and a corporate/franchise attorney for direct EB-5 investments) as part of the Visa Franchise process.
Visa Franchise does not offer legal services and should not be regarded as a replacement for professional legal counsel. Visa Franchise operates independently and is not associated with or endorsed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government entity.
Information communicated through this website does not establish or imply an attorney-client relationship, nor is it intended to solicit the formation of such a relationship or to offer legal services for any specific matter. Visa Franchise LLC does not directly support the selection or analysis of passive Regional Center EB-5 projects. Investors interested in Regional Center projects are encouraged to source these directly or work with a licensed EB-5 broker-dealer who can provide in-depth project assessment and risk analysis. This ensures that the investment aligns with financial goals, while adhering to industry regulations.
