Who is eligible for the Green Card by Investment program?
To qualify for our Green Card by Investment program, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
Investment capital ready
Invest at least $1.05 million in a new commercial enterprise. This amount is reduced to $800,000 if the investment is in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).
Prove lawful source of funds
Investors must provide comprehensive documentation proving that the investment capital was obtained through lawful means.
Job creation requirement
The investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years.
Capital at risk
The invested capital must remain at risk and fully committed to the enterprise for at least 2 years.
